1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 777ad4 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") in relation to your access to and use of the website located at https://777ad4.cam and all associated services, content and features offered therein.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing or using the Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, placing a bet, playing a game or simply visiting the website — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Continued use following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with 777ad4, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the licensing jurisdiction applicable to the Platform's operator. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships or other legal entities are not permitted to hold Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from any gambling platform or have an active self-exclusion request pending with 777ad4.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and current information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor or director of 777ad4 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of such a person.

5 Account Registration

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the email address, device or payment method used.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details, must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Identity verification (KYC): 777ad4 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds at any time. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements may result in Account suspension or closure.
• Password security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. 777ad4 will never request your password via any communication channel. Use a unique, strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Account sharing: Accounts must not be shared with, transferred to or used by any third party. Each Account belongs exclusively to the registered User.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following terms. Payment method availability may vary; the Platform will confirm which options are active at the time of your transaction. Familiar payment references for Pakistani users may include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah; however, the inclusion of these names constitutes informational context only and does not imply endorsement, affiliation or guaranteed availability.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is as displayed in your account dashboard at the time of transaction. Illustrative minimums are typically PKR 1,000 but may vary by payment method and current promotions.
• Currency: Transactions may be denominated in PKR or other currencies as supported by the Platform. Currency conversion fees, if any, are disclosed at the point of transaction.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

777ad4 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and other incentives. All such offers are governed by the following general conditions and any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is stated in the offer terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means PKR 150,000 in qualifying bets must be placed prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• Maximum bet during bonus: While a wagering requirement is active, placing a single bet exceeding the stated maximum (commonly PKR 1,000 per spin or round) may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live casino games or sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Refer to the game contribution table in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the individual offer (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of crediting). Unmet wagering requirements at the point of expiry will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the Account.
• One bonus per offer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion may be claimed once per User, household, IP address or device.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or the use of multiple accounts — will result in the voiding of the bonus and may result in Account suspension.
• Withdrawal caps: Some bonuses apply a maximum cash-out cap on winnings derived from that offer. This cap is stated in the specific promotion terms. Amounts exceeding the cap will not be transferable to the Real Money Balance.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity conducted via the Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to the specific rules applicable to each game or market type:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted only when the Platform confirms its receipt and displays a unique bet reference. Bets in transit at the time of a system interruption may be voided.
• Obvious error: 777ad4 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous — for example, a cricket market priced due to a system error rather than genuine market assessment.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet or spin are as displayed in the individual game or market interface. These limits may vary across product categories.
• Live / in-play betting: Live betting markets operate in real time. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided. Telecommunications delays may affect the timing of live bet placement.
• Sports results: Sporting results are determined according to officially recognised governing body outcomes. For Pakistan cricket and PSL matches, this means the result as declared by the PCB or the relevant match official. 777ad4's reference to cricket and sports markets is contextual only and does not imply any official relationship with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.
• System malfunctions: In the event of a software or network malfunction during gameplay, the round in progress may be voided. Any wagers placed on a voided round will be returned to the Account balance.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or maintaining more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using or attempting to use automated software, bots, algorithms or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit bonuses or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, insider trading or the use of privileged or non-public information in relation to sporting events or casino games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, software or data.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of money laundering.
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, pricing errors or technical glitches.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion, account restriction or platform access block placed on an Account.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 where applicable.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777ad4 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, game interfaces, software, trademarks, logos, iconography and editorial guides — is the intellectual property of 777ad4 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for their own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction, modification, distribution, public display, scraping, framing or any commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad4 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Platform or its Services.

This limitation applies to, without limitation:

• Any loss of funds, winnings, data or opportunity arising from Platform unavailability or system error.
• Any damages resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Any losses resulting from your decision to participate in online gambling in a jurisdiction where it is restricted or prohibited.

12 Account Termination

777ad4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity is detected or suspected;
• The User fails to satisfy KYC or identity verification requirements;
• Regulatory, compliance or anti-money laundering obligations require it;
• The User's jurisdiction renders the Platform's operation unlawful.

Upon termination for breach or fraud, 777ad4 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is initiated by the Platform without cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the User via their registered payment method.

13 Amendments to These Terms

777ad4 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where practicable, we will also notify registered Users via email or an in-account notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating entity is registered.
